Find a 'Mindful Moment' at Belturbet Library every Saturday 10.15 - 11.15am (except Bank Holiday Weekends)
Beginning with some 'Mindful Breathing Techniques',  scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, aid emotional regulation & much, much more!
You can then unwind with some Mindful Colouring, reading or journalling. Keep your mind active with a Crossword or Sudoku puzzle.
