Bealtaine Festival

Bealtaine Festival is an initiative by Age & Opportunity, funded by The Arts Council and the HSE. Bealtaine is a pioneering national arts festival that fosters creativity among older people across Ireland through intergenerational collaboration, showcasing older artists, and promoting skills and experiences that can lead to a rich, creative life.

Cavan Library Service enjoys bringing events and experiences to older people throughout the year but Bealtaine Festival brings a special focus to our programming for older people.

This May 2024 there are events in library branches across the county. You can view the events listing on the events portal on the Bealtaine Festival Website or click on links for each library below
