Following on extensive stakeholder engagement and public consultation throughout 2024, Cavan County Council has published the Swellan Lough Feasibility Study, which explores the amenity potential of the lake, located outside Cavan Town Centre.
The study is the result of work undertaken by a multidisciplinary team which included NJBA A+U, Bernard Seymour Landscape Architects, Brady Shipman Martin, and Parenthesis Research.
